II. Categories of Recipients of Personal Data

1. CUSTOMS AGENCY Ltd. does not  transfer any part or all of the personal data processed after visiting the website to other organizations (recipients).

III. Retention Period of Personal Data

1. We retain your personal data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed (until the completion of the auction).

2. After this period expires, we delete and destroy all of your data without undue delay.

3. CUSTOMS AGENCY Ltd. retains personal data that must be kept in accordance with applicable legislation for the legally required period, which may exceed the duration necessary for the purposes for which the data is processed.
